Cookies for range measurement purposes collect information on the mode of utilisation of our website such as website retrievals or error indications. These cookies do not store any information that allows for the identification of a user. The collected information is only aggregated and hence evaluated anonymously.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). The use of Google Analytics includes the operating mode Universal Analytics. This renders it possible to allocate data, sessions and interactions across several devices to one pseudonymous user ID and thus analyse the activities of a user on a cross-device basis.

Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and render possible an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is normally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand within the member states of the European Union or other contractual states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the framework of Google Analytics will not be connected / merged with other data held by Google. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for purposes of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activities and providing further services to the operator of the website in relation to website activities and Internet usage. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in the data processing. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6 Subsection 1 Letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The data transmitted and connected by us with cookies, user identifications (e.g. User ID) or Advertising IDs shall be deleted automatically after 14 months.

Sessions and campaigns will be terminated after the expiry of a certain period of time. By default, sessions will be terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity, and campaigns will be terminated after 6 months. The time limit for campaigns may be two years at the most. Job applications

You may apply for a job at our company electronically, especially via e-mail. As a matter of course, we shall use your data/information exclusively for the purpose of processing your application, and not pass it on to any third parties. Please note that e-mails forwarded without encryption will not be transmitted with access protection.
Where you have applied for a certain position and if this position has already been filled or if we consider a different position to be equally suitable or even more suitable for you, we would like to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not agree with such any forwarding of your application.
Following completion of the application procedure, your personal data will be deleted immediately or after 6 months at the most unless you have agreed explicitly to the longer storage of your data or unless a contract has been concluded. On our web page, you have the possibility to register the purchase of a Durable display panel system subject to the indication of personal data. In the event of registration, you will receive an additional certificate containing the information etc. that you will need in a warranty case. Collection of data relating to the utilisation of the Duraprint service

Via our free online service Duraprint, we provide you with the possibility of easy labelling for instance of Durable name plates, door plates, folders, registers and self-adhesive products. For the use of Duraprint, you may create a user account with the indication of personal data, which however is not compulsory.
To enable you to use the Duraprint application programme, we have to collect and store a number of data from you. Among other things, this includes your name, your e-mail address and your password (in the event that you create a user account), the history of your interaction with the application programme including your IP addresses and the device and browser type used. In addition to these data, we only store the information that you make available to us in connection with your utilisation of the service. We will only use the data in order to enable you to use our service. In particular, we shall do so to verify you when you log into your user account, to make the application functions available to you and to administrate your user account in the application programme.
We shall use the e-mail address indicated in the context of your registration with Duraprint for direct advertising activities in favour of our own and similar products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive direct advertising any more, you may object to the utilisation of your e-mail address at any time. For this purpose, a corresponding link will be contained in every newsletter.
The legal basis of data processing is Article 6 Subsection 1 Letters b and f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We shall store the data over the duration of use of the Duraprint application until the deletion of your account.

General information

Transfer of data
Unless otherwise agreed in this data protection statement, your personal data will not be transferred to third parties except for the purposes mentioned hereafter.

We shall only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

•    you have provided your explicit consent to such transfer of your data,
•    the transfer is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and if there if there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest, requiring protection, in the non-transfer of your data,
•    in the event of a statutory obligation to transfer the data, and if
•    this is legally admissible and necessary for the implementation of contractual relationships with you.

Data processing on the grounds of a legitimate interest
Where personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 Subsection1 Letter f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the legitimate interest usually results from the purpose of the respective data processing activities or is related to the implementation of our business activities.

Rights of persons concerned
Every person concerned is entitled to be provided with information pursuant to Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, to have his/her data corrected pursuant to Article 16 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, to have his/her data deleted pursuant to Article 17 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, to demand the restriction of data processing activities according to Article 18 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, to raise objections under Article 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and to assert the right of data transferability pursuant to Article 20 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The right to be provided with information and the right to have one’s data deleted are subject to the restrictions contained in §§ 34 and 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Possibility to complain
In addition, you are entitled to complain about our processing of your personal data with the responsible data protection supervisory authority.

Instructions on the possibility of revocation in the event of provided consent
You may revoke any consent provided to the processing of your personal data by sending us a corresponding notification. This shall also apply to the revocation of statements of consent, which have been submitted to us prior to the application of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. prior to 25 May 2018. Please note that the revocation will only take effect for the future. Data processing activities performed prior to the revocation will not be affected by the revocation.

We have taken comprehensive technological and operational safety precautions to protect your data from accidental or wilful manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security procedures are reviewed and adjusted to technological progress on a regular basis.
